Vykarian acquires Witness Digital
Deal to Help Improve Quality and Reliability for Clients

Vykarian and Witness Digital today announced the two companies have entered into an agreement for Vyk to acquire Witness Digital, a privately held company based in Shanghai, in a transaction that transfers key personnel and knowledge into Vykarian's growing China-based art outsourcing operations.

Witness Digital is a leading provider of outsourced art asset production for world-wide film and game producers. With over two years operating experience in Shanghai, Witness Digital has made contributions to a wide variety of video game and traditional entertainment productions.

This acquisition builds upon Vykarian's strategy to leverage western production know-how, leading edge workflow processes, and quality control expertise to develop repeatable tools that help clients optimize and manage their outsourced productions.
