SHANGHAI: Today Xin Chung, American McGee, and Wu Dong Hao announced the formation of Vykarian - a new breed of game art outsourcing company which will specialize in building art assets for the world's best known video game brands. The new company represents the strongest bridge between triple-A western game titles and Chinese game art outsourcing industry.

Founders in the company bring with them decades of combined hands-on experience in the interactive entertainment industry. Their critical understanding of the challenges and processes of game production distinguishes them as the best team to build a world-class solution for game art outsourcing.

Xin Chung comments "Vykarian is the first China based game outsourcing company to combine deep artistic, technical, and management knowhow into a unified production methodology. A few outsourcing companies have begun to realize the importance of highly scalable factory model, but until now, no one has truly put recruiting, training, and retaining at the heart of their outsourcing strategy."

McGee adds "I'm thrilled to be a part of this critical mass of talent and knowledge in China . A perfect storm is brewing around this industry. When Microsoft and Sony engage in a bloody war over market dominance, we hope to be there to provide the highest quality bullets for the battle."

Key to the company's success will be its ability to attract and train the best production talent, scale to meet the demands of even the largest game productions, and deliver the highest quality assets with industry leading predictability. "I was immediately excited by the huge potential of Vykarian's vision for outsourcing in China," said Wu Dong Hao, "Vykarian's market leading process and customer interface is what will guide this industry into the future."

Vykarian is actively recruiting experienced team members to join their world-class team.
